In production of GHK-Cu Lyophilized Powder 5g, we optimized lyophilization curve parameters for large-fill lyophilized products. 5g fill GHK-Cu solution requires more precise pre-freezing rate and primary sublimation temperature control during lyophilization. Too-fast pre-freezing causes a dense ice layer on the product surface hindering moisture sublimation; too-slow pre-freezing may cause uneven copper ion distribution. Through repeated process validation, we determined optimal pre-freezing temperature, holding time, sublimation vacuum, and desorption drying parameters, ensuring each vial has attractive lyophilized appearance, low moisture content, and rapid reconstitution. The copper chelation reaction stage is performed under precisely controlled pH and temperature to ensure formation of a stable 1:1 chelate. Purified peptide-copper complex solution is sterile-filtered, quantitatively filled into vials, then vacuum freeze-dried. Each batch undergoes appearance, moisture content, copper content, reconstitution time, and microbial limit testing with COA report, providing high-activity, easily soluble large-package copper peptide lyophilized raw material for customers.

We support DDP terms, responsible for full transport and customs clearance, delivering directly to customer's warehouse. Based on transport distance and destination climate, we may add ice packs or temperature-controlled packaging to ensure product stability during transport.
